The Shippen is an old traditional feeding barn that has recently been converted to provide a high standard of accommodation whilst retaining its original character. Sleeping 6/7 with full central heating. The ground floor has one twin/double bedroom, one double bedroom, and a further single bedroom. There is a bathroom and separate shower room, both with hand basin and WC. The open-plan upstairs is light and spacious and has high ceilings with exposed timbers and stone walls. All the upstairs windows have far reaching views over open countryside and one with views out to sea where Lundy Island can be seen on a clear day. The large sitting area has two very comfortable double sofa beds, a television and a wood burner with logs provided. Separated by a stone archway is a good sized kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave and freezer. In addition, an adjoining utility room with washing machine and tumble drier provides an ideal place to dry wet clothing.
